Yashoda Charitable Trust was formed on 21st Oct 2008 under the chairmanship of Shri Ashok kumar Singhal in memory of his loving mother Late Smt. Yashoda Devi a leading Social worker. He is a social worker & Educationalist with the motive for the upliftment of rural backward & deprive section of the society. Trust serves the backward, unemployed masses of the society by providing them education, vocational & professional training. Trust also has a motive to run vocational training centres & small scale industry to help the neglected section of soiety. To establish old age homes for helping neglected senior citizens. Donation to the Trust are exempted U/S 80-G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 r/w IT rule 11 AA. For these motives trust will provide guideline & accept the same from other institutions. To organize seminars, camps to motivate more & more capable persons to join hand with us & to fulfill all the works lawfully valid as & when required for fulfillment of the motives.
PROFILE
OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST (1) To establish Institutes and Colleges that provide Basics to Higher Education, Health Education, Management and Technical Education for the socio economic and academic headway of society. (2) To provide fair and free education to the unprivileged, suppressed, helpless, financially unsound, backward and weaker section of society. (3) To educate students in society against the condemnable customs, consumption of liquor, fagging, dowry system, anti-social activities so as to make them cognizant about these ill effects on society. (4) To establish libraries and reading rooms for the welfare of students. (5) To augment a feeling of nationalism among society and students. (6) To lay stress on the moral values and education among students. (7) To run through government centers educational and health programmes for the overall development of rural, schedule castes and tribe, slum-dwellers and social educational, financially weak and deprived section of society. And also to establish cottage industries for job oriented opportunities for fureniles and poor women through training centers, to establish and give financial support to old age homes and environmental related prorammes and be thier guiding support as and when required. (8) To work with full commitment towards these sectors, to encourage, motivate and arrange for training etc. to common people so as they perform such kind of work. (9) To provide medical-aid, food and residence to the related social workers and their kith & kins at the time of ernergencies. Those who share & vouch with the vision of the institution. (10) To facilitate, encourage and give social educational and financial support to the institutions that are promoting and nurturing Indian culture and values of life. (11) To create an atmosphere so as to put an end to the financial exploitation and atrocities done against the residents of forest and hilly areas. Which are poor and ill-literate, to provide solution and work towards connecting them with the main stream life. (12) To propogate, promote and construct an awareness programme among people towards the real problem of the downtrodden and unpriviliged regions. (13) To organize exhibitions, seminars, conclaves to use audio visuals and public forums as a medium to encourage and make all segments of society aware towards social responsibilities and support them to achieve this mission. (14) To perform each and every work that is requied for the development of Institutions which come under the Law. |
